Bumblee bee millipede, Beginner level of care. CAPTIVE BRED, *FL LOCALITY* Millipedes of all sizes and generally all species can eat romaine lettuce, cucumbers, apples, carrots, and other fruits and vegetables (AVOID FEEDING LARGE AMOUNTS OF CITRUS OR NON-ORGANIC PRODUCE), fully grown these will reach a max of 4 to 6". The soil provided should be edible for the millipede as THIS SHOULD BE THEIR MAIN SOURCE OF NUTRITION. Soil changes and mixes should be done every 2-3 months or so to avoid keeping the millipede on nutrient deficient and in-edible soil. Calcium powder or calcium in general should always be present one way or another, either in the substrate, from powder covered food or cuttlefish bone. When keeping millipedes, it is always recommended to keep them on substrate as deep as they are long to avoid causing stress, more is better. *NEVER KEEP MILLIPEDES ON ANY KIND OF COCONUT PRODUCTS!
