Aphonopelma sp. Encinos- FEMALE

Encinos Amber tarantula, One of my all time favorites that has came through our Collection of critters. These are a very rare Aphonopelma hailing from Southern Mexico where its hot and humid. This species differs a bit from other aphonopelmas, not just because of the striking patterns and colors, but because they require 50-60% humidity consistently to run a normal feeding and molting schedule. Don't let that discourage you though, this girl is a Captive Bred FEMALE
