Blue Footed Trapdoor Baboon tarantula, say that three times fast. These make decent introductions into the old world side of keeping tarantulas. I recommend these to keepers new to old worlds all the time. These follow suit with the name, making intricate burrows with "trapdoors", they use these to capture prey when it is above or on top of the trap door itself. These are lightning fast so beware, rehoming can be tricky as once they have been removed from their burrows, they tend to become far more flighty and unpredictable.
