*RESCUE*
Name: Pancake 🥞
Estimated 3-4 years old, this girl was a rescue gecko from someone wandering an expo we were attending. Her price is what we paid to "Rescue" her, she weighed 94 grams intially, she is now 78-82 grams fluctuating. She arrived with Nutritional Secondary Hyperparathayroidism (NSHP) or Hypercalcemia, which means she had oversized calcium sacs causing her to have a toxic amount in her body. This can cause head shaking or irregular motions from the animal as they are responding poorly to the amount of calcium in the body. She seems to be just fine other than once being severely obese and having some head shaking in the beginning. She is very friendly, active and curious, she spends alot of time hidden during the day but will greet you as soon as the sun goes down. She is NOT recommended to breed. she is polydactal meaning she has 6 toes on her feet as shown in the photos above. She also is more prone to issues regarding respiratory, renal (Kidney failure) or ACLF (acute-on-chronic liver failure) due to her excessive weight for an extended period of time, although these conditions are rare they are possible, especially with this girl. Thank you for reading all of this, if you do end up purchasing her, we will be messaging you in some way to see how you will be caring for her and your experience level as she is not for first time keepers or people who cannot monitor her health with some more dilligence than regular.
*Genetic line is unknown due to being a rescue*
